8:12 Hi Jason. I have a question. After 2 years of lifting i want to work on my weak spots. I want to increase my biceps size over the time. I'm 6ft6, 260lbs right now. I choose chin ups, not only because they're great for biceps, they'll help me to develop good pulling strength and overall back size. Does your 100lb weighted chin up standard includes me also? Considering my height/weight and huge wingspan (6ft11). I can do 10 strict dead hang chin-ups with 25lbs plate on me. Which means i pull 285lbs for 10 reps. Do you consider that strong?
