Warmup: 30:30
1. Jog arm circles
2. Squat butt up
3. Walk out pushup
4. Down dog cobra
5. Lunge twist
6. Plank hop toe touch
50:30:10 2x each move 15 mins
1. Deadlift: plank hop push-ups
2. Goblet squats and plulse: SA snatch
3. Switch lunge bicep curl: alt windmills
4. Plate front raise alt forward lunge: oh high knee toe taps
5. Hang cleans and rev lunges: back load step ups
Mini pyramid combo moves
7-1 reps each moves
1. Incline Plyo push-up and bench hops
2. deadlift and hang cleans
3. Sumo squat and sumo DL
50:30:10 2x each move 15 mins
1. Pendulum lunges: split Lunge snatches
2. 180 box jump Burpees :decline pike push-ups
3. Chest press bridge hold:SL bridge
4. Leg lift to shoulder stand: back bend
5. DL Bent rows: oblique plank hops
Reps 20 1x
1. Step ups (10/leg)
2. oblique knee tucks 10/side
3. Windmills (10/side)
4. sa swings 10/side
5. sl bridges 10/side
