HIIT SET 50:10
1. Plank jack shoulder taps (4) & plank hops (2)
2. Bear crawl and twisted pistons (or Russian twist)
3. Bosu 3 groiners and 2 oh switch lunges
4. Alt T stand hip dip
5. Bosu Oblique Plank hops/ frog hop and 180
Superset 1: 4 x
1. Round world lat pull down x 10
2. Seated single arm front press x 8
**10 SA plank hop SA snatch in between set (Jen did 1 arm per set)**
Repeat HIIT
Superset 2: 4 x
1. Narrow hammer chest press x12
2. Bent back fly x 12
**SA Plank hop SA clean and press between each set x 10 (Jen did 1 arm between round)**
Repeat HIIT
Tri set: 4 x
1. Hammer front raise x 10
2. wide curl x 10
3. Bent renegade row x10
**SA Plank hop SA snatch between rounds x10**
Repeat HIIT
Burnout 3x
15 full release push ups
15 tricep dips
**Plank hop double arm clean and press between each set 8 x**
