Tabata hiit 20:10 4x each move
1. Squat drop weight box jump
2. dL plank hop squat jump
3. Weighted heel clicks + bi curl
4. clean and press burpee
5. bw lateral up and over + leg lift
SS1 4x: 12 reps
1. Plank rows 6/arm
2. Decline plank hop shoulder tap
Repeat Hiit
SS2: 4x
1. Bulgarian drop set 6 heavy, 6 medium/leg
2. Halo slams 6 each direction
