HIIT Pyramids, Reps, and Challenge Moves
Pair 1: tabata Pair
1. 3 Skaters to SL burpee
2. 2 kickthroughs frog pushup + star jump
Pair 2: Time pyramid
1. increasing swings and plank hops ( combo move even pyramid down for reps10-2)
2. Decline burpee DB DL
Pair 3: tabata Pair
1. alt staggered burpee kickthrough SA clean and press
2. rocket high step up lunge back and switch
Pair 4: Time pyramid
1. plank hop KB dL, KB squat jump ( combo move even pyramid down for reps10-2)
2. Staggered pushup Burpee kb power clean
Pair 5: Time Pyramid
1. ball pike to knee tuck
2. tricep makers (combo move pyramid down for reps10-2)
REPS: 10 reps per move and challenge moves:
Challenge moves for sets 1-3
1. KB: 3 hang cleans and resets
2. BB: combo move 3 power cleans and 3 front load split lunges/leg
3. 3 decline pushup plank hops
bw cardio challenge moves sets 4 &5
1. 30 high knees 2=1
2. 20 mtn climbers 2=1
3. 10 plank hops
4. 5 box jumps
