1. Lunge and twist
2. Walk out pushups
3. Swimmer arms
4. Jog and arm circles
5. Wide knee squat and twist
6. Lateral lunge shoulder stretch

1. Ski squat swings squat and press
2. Hammer curl and hammer front raise
Set 2:
1. Bicep curl to Arnold press
2. Commando to tricep hold jack
Hiit set 50:10 2x
1. Traffic dir lunges
2. Handstand shoulder taps (2) push-ups 2
3. DB Clean and press 3 mat hops
4. Alt kickthroughs toe touch and Knee in + plank tuck jump
5. Weighted walk out push-up rows and 180
Combo move even pyramids 10-2
1. Pull overs to chest press
2. Heel clicks and lat raises
3. bent row and upright row
4. Bent lateral raise to upright chest press
Bodyweight hiit burnout: 30:10 3x
