BW Tabata Warm up 20:10 2x per move
1. Decline Burpees
2. Star Burpees
3. Broad jump Box Jumps
4. Animal flow kickthrough
Tabata pair: 4 minutes
1. Staggered pushup hang clean
2. Burpee Hang cleans
Hiit Superset 1: 50:10 4x 8 minutes
1. 2 Switch lunge to SA clean press
2. Clean and press to OH squat to good morning
Reps set 10-2 reps evens
1. Staggered pushups reset swings and swings combo move (5/side, 4, 3, 2, 1/ side)
2. Hang cleans drop set (5&5, 4&4, 3&3, 2&2, 1&1)
Pyramid 5-1 reps
1. 2 switch Lunge to clean and press 5/side
2. Combo move style Clean and press-Oh squat-good morning

1. Plank hop Sumo DL
2. Rev grip pushup bi curl
3. Power clean to front box squat
