5. step ups rev lunge switch
6. elv glute bridge
Workout:
1. Lying on side leg lifts (outer thigh)
2. 10 curtsy lunges/leg
3. HIIT: 2 lateral touch downs 2 Star jumps
4. Lying leg on side lifts (inner thigh)
5. 12 Plie squats
6. HIIT: skater + curtsy lunge hops
7. Leg circles on side (outer thigh)
8. 10 curtsy lunges per leg
9. HIIT: 2 ski squat jumps then squat 3 pulse
10. incline on bosu Leg circles on side (inner thigh)
11. 12 Plie squats
12. HIIT: RL Jumping curtsy lunge plank hop
13. Lying on side hip up leg lift
